2. Conditions for Refunds

 

2.1 Service Satisfaction

• Customers must report any concerns about the service quality within 48 hours of completion

• BlueJet reserves the right to inspect the work and attempt to rectify any issues

 

2.2 Full Refund Considerations

• Full refunds will only be considered in extreme cases of:

  • Complete failure to perform the agreed-upon service

  • Gross misconduct by BlueJet's service personnel

• A detailed investigation will be conducted to verify the validity of claims

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear

• Normal variations in surface appearance

• Customer's unrealistic expectations

• Damage caused by underlying surface conditions

• Issues not reported within 48 hours of service completion

 

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to dgnicolas.bluejet@gmail.com

• Include the following information:

  • Date of service

  • Invoice number

  • Detailed explanation of the issue

  • Photographic evidence if applicable

• BlueJet will review the request within 5 business days

• The customer will be notified of the decision in writing

 

5. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

• Refund processing may take 7-10 business days

 

6. Guarantee

• BlueJet offers a satisfaction guarantee for all completed services

• We are committed to addressing and resolving service-related concerns fairly

 

7. Limitations

• Total refund amount cannot exceed the original service charge

• Refunds are at the discretion of BlueJet Pressure Washing Services management
